IS IT TRUE THAT YOU HAVE OPENED A FLORIDA OFFICE?

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER?
Park Ave Studio recommends selecting your wedding photographer as soon as you have chosen your venue – both to ensure your preferred photographer's availability, and because the right photographer makes planning every other part of your wedding day much easier. Park Ave Studio understands all the steps that go into your wedding day, and we work with you to factor in all the critical details – the time needed for hair & makeup, or for family to travel from the ceremony to the reception site, and taking into considering the special needs of older relatives and other members of the wedding party. We make sure you've got the right timeline set from the start, then help keep everything on-track, leaving you free to concentrate on your day of celebration.
WHAT IS YOUR PRICING FOR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY?
We offer a range of wedding photography packages and engagement photography packages, all customized to meet your specific needs – and your budget. Our event pricing starts at $2,395 for single-photographer wedding coverage, and can go up to $7,000 for more elaborate wedding packages.
DO YOU WORK WITH A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER?
Yes. We provide packages that are both single and multi-shooter to accommodate your event needs. There are many benefits to having an additional photographer/videographer and we are happy to discuss what options would offer the best coverage of your day.
DO YOU EDIT OUR FINAL IMAGES?
We do offer basic editing and black and white images in your base package. We can accommodate requests for creative enhancements and retouching for an additional fee.
DO WE NEED A PERMIT TO SHOOT IN CERTAIN LOCATIONS?
Some locations do require photography permits, based on the rules established for some venues and locations. Park Ave Studio recommends asking about photography guidelines when booking your venue – but we are also well-versed in the rules and restrictions for most leading Long Island venues.
DO YOU OFFER CINEMATOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY SERVICES?
Yes. We offer a variety of video/film services that enhance your wedding coverage in cinematic style, and can also provide live-streaming capabilities that let you share all the events of your special day with friends and relatives who are unable to attend in-person. Park Ave Studio's video packages are priced from $1,795, with costs rising to $5,000 for more technically-enhanced services such as aerial filming and live-streaming.
HOW LONG IS YOUR TURNAROUND ON RECEIVING OUR PHOTOS?
You can expect to receive your digital images between 3-4 weeks. Products and albums have individual turnaround timelines which will be discussed with you when ordering.
DO WE HAVE THE PRINT RELEASE PERMISSIONS TO OUR PHOTOGRAPHS?
We have several packages that include the high resolution images with print release or you can add that on at a later time. We are happy to answer any questions by calling our office.
DO YOU NEED TO ATTEND OUR REHEARSAL?
No, we do not need to attend the rehearsal. All of the details of your day are worked out the week before your wedding.
WHAT IF WE WANT TO ORDER EXTRA PRINTS?
After your wedding, you can always purchase extra items. We work with a full-service lab which offers prints, framed portraits, cards, panel and metal prints, etc.

ARE YOU FOLLOWING COVID-19 GUIDELINES AND RESTRICTIONS?
Park Ave Studio follows all current COVID-19 mandates, including any protocols put in place by individual venues and catering facilities for the health and safety of your family and guests. With guidelines continuing to evolve, please call us to discuss any concerns or questions.
